An investment loan for managed investments.

Before you apply:

1. Make sure you're eligible to apply

  • Are an Australian permanent resident aged 18 or over,
  • Are an Australian Trust (with supporting documentation), or an Australian registered or incorporated company.


2. Prepare the information ahead

Personal and contact details

 

You will need to provide:

  • your full name, residential and postal address
  • a valid form of identification (such as a passport or driver's licence)
  • a valid email and Australian mobile number.

Income and credit details

 

You will need to provide:

  • details of your income, expenses, assets, and liabilities
  • supporting financial documents that demonstrate your ability to meet your borrowing commitments.

Facility details


Note the following:

  • A minimum credit limit of $20,000 applies.
  • Expected loan term(s) - nominate a loan term between 3 to 10 years.
  • The investment loan is predominantly for investment or business purposes. 

Important note for new NAB customers

Verifying your ID: If you’re a new customer, you’ll need to provide at least one physical form of ID so we can verify your identity. 

  • Australian driver’s licence
  • Australian passport
  • Foreign passport
  • Medicare card (can only be used in conjunction with another form of ID)

You’ll need a smartphone to scan your ID, and to take a selfie for verification.
